In deciding on a signature coffee, we were overwhelmed by the vastness of availability.  It took over 18 months to find the right type of beans and the right roaster.  Our demands were more than basic and our expectations higher than most. After all, no one likes a bad cup of coffee.

 

Our Basic Blend coffee is a good roast and standard overall good taste. It's a blend for those who want little fanfare and a down to Earth taste.

 

Our House Blend is a rich, smooth tasting coffee with a subtle kick.  It's a strong, medium coffee for those with discriminating tastes.  It goes down smooth and leaves no bitter after taste on the tongue.

 

Our Dark Blend is a strong coffee with a lot of bold taste.  It tantalizes the taste buds and invites those who needs a little more of a boost to get through their day.

 

Our 'Texas Tea' Blend is so named because of it's, almost black, coloring.  It's a strong brew for those who love their coffee strong.

 

We carry over 200 blends originating from all over the world, from Arabia to small, obscure villages in the Orient.  Since coffee is the second most consumed beverage in the world, water being the first, it makes sense that the quest for the best should begin at an oasis...EEZ Oasis.
